In my opinion RV NEEDS to be fired because he has repeatedly shown complete incompetence when making hires. If you continually failed at your job would you think you deserved to be fired?

Whether or not our displeasure will affect change is up for debate, but being dissatisfied and wanting something done to rectify the situation generally go hand in hand.

If you really want the replace the Athletic Director then make your case in a professional manner to those who have the authority to implement change. As it is all the naysayers are like the big bad woof huffing and puffing to blow the door down. Just a lot of hot air.

Not even close.

You do both.

With all due respect, this isn't the 70s. There are a lot of things that can and will be done to show dissatisfaction if a change is not made.

And then if change is still not made, there will be a mass exodus.
