I think we all know southern miss is not a great team. what else is he gonna say? we lost to an average team at best and we are just that damn bad? dont think that would go over well for anyone regardless of how accurate it may be.

I cant help but feel like Southern Miss felt a little like North Texas did last year on 9/11/2014.  Big blowout the week before, feeling good about yourself, then brought back down to reality.  What does that make UNT?

This Southern Miss team is a lot better than the 2014 Mean Green. The feeling is the same, though. Which is what you were getting at. But we are not quite Nicholls State. Although they do have more 2016 commits than we do.
