Homecoming Tailgate

It might be the last or second to last tailgate of the season, and I used to get 6 tailgates in a season and a 4:00 pm kickoff such bad scheduling. OH well.

I am planing Brats, Balls and Beer. 

I am going to tailgate the hell out of it.

I'll be out there.  Pulled Pork with bacon mac and cheese slider, BBQ bacon wrapped onion ring beef sliders and chicken fried chicken slider topped with a slaw.

I have a 11am UNT Lacrosse Alumni game over at the Peterbilt fields. After that, we will have the big green bus out by Fouts Field for tailgating and the annual boat race!

BBQ brisket, porkloin, sausage, bologna, armadillo eggs, baked beans and whatever the 50+ joining us are bringing for sides/desserts. My favorite game of the year.

Plan to hit the lot after the Ranger game so if anyone wants to start the party tonight come out and join us

and Brownie chocolate chip cookies.

I gotta work some tomorrow.  Won't be a whole lot of tailgating going on for me.  Fortunately, I've got TWO WHOLE GAMES left to attend this season where I can enjoy the full day!
