I would suggest actually writing mail. The amount of email he gets is insane. He gets far less physical mail and may be more likely to open/read it. At least this is the route I'm taking.

I know from from some political friends that hand written letters to Congress get the strongest results. You can't mass produce those like you can emails. A hand written letter means someone was concerned enough to sit for several minutes and concentrate.

Yes.  URCM handles all his email/tweets/etc now.  If you see him tweet at an event, it's been pre-approved.  The truth is someone handles his physical mail also, but they do a topic count.  If in one week he gets 10 letters about parking, 2 about the cafeteria food, 4 about something else and then 100 about changing the AD it will absolutely 100% be brought to his attention as a major issue.

I am not saying there is anything wrong with sending a tweet, fb post, etc, but just that if you are upset enough to do that, ALSO send in a physical letter.

I can see Christopher Walker's twitter page, I can see Neal Smastresk's twitter page, but I can see no interaction between the two.

I can't figure it out, either.

Probably a good thing...

When you go to one or the other's Twitter feed, tap on (or click) on "Tweets and Replies". That way you see interactions of anyone.

100. Everything is screened since he's got more important things to do than drag that Viagra e-mail to the junk folder. So if he gets a buttload Jimmy John's load of e-mails and letters, it will get brought up.

Another suggestions is for one letter to be written and many members/donors to sign it? Is that a thing?

I think you might have better results with Neal.smastresk@unt.edu rather than he generic president address. at least, that has been my experience.

Thanks for the advice, will resend my e-mail to that address because I got the same response.

EDIT: Did that, couldn't deliver. "Message bounced by administrator".

The title of this thread is misspelled. It's neal.smatresk@unt.edu
