Bottom line... RV needs to get out of here. No if's, and's, or but's. We are all praising for the day Mac gets fired. But I can almost promise you RV will hire a dud.

I'm also debating on putting my interest in UNT FB & BB on hold until RV decides to pack his bags. It's just not fair to our boys, and that's the only reason why I've been clinging on.

and finally, I'm going to write the Prez another letter. I know a lot of us have expressed our concerns. And with every little bit of UNT Pride I can muster... I'm going to put my opinion on the change in the athletic department in that letter.

If nothing changes after this year, this is my last year buying season tickets until it does. I can no longer justify the $ or time investment if the AD and school aren't committed to success. It's a joke at this point.

it is uncanny. We may actually be the worst FBS team. i wish I could say I will not invest any more time or money but like most of us we are suckers for UNT. Here goes another season being Charlie Brown trying to kick the ball while peppermint patty pulls it away. Hopefully someday we will identify peppermint patty and kick her to the curb!!!!

Not always the scheduling has been worse and worse every year and this year has been the worst tailgate schedule ever.

What we are seeing is just a extension of the ineptitude that the university has shown towards football since Fry left. Whether it's bad hires, terrible facilities, dropping down a level of play, or subpar recruiting, we have no idea how to fund a winning program. If you hire someone in any business, you don't make it financially impossible to let them go if needed. IOW, you sign someone to a contract that can be bought out at anytime. If someone hires an employee that is a poor performer but cannot be fired because the money isn't there, then that person should get fired.

But, instead, we just let those hires flounder until they are deemed affordable to terminate. You cannot be surprised when the product sucks when that mindset exists....

agreed... I'll prepare the "sippy cups" again if more rain comes on the 10th, and my dominos are still water proof. i just need a couple hours of sunshine to smoke some sausage and grill some wings even if our quarterbacks have more turnovers than scores.

I watched UTSA beat UTEP online and we are going to get smoked by the roadchickens again in our own house. Unfreakingbelievable. I just don't want that o-fer season since I have never witnessed that from my team in Green. Low bar please clear.

Problem is I'd bet a lot of those folks you like tailgating with aren't going to be there next year if changes aren't made.

This affects tailgating.
