300,000 is what we've heard as well.  It's crazy.  Up on 380 and the Tollway, they are breaking ground for the big movie theater/retail complex they talked about for years.  That should heat up things on 380:  http://www.dallasnews.com/business/commercial-real-estate/20130626-cinema-complex-will-kick-off-huge-frisco-Celimixed-use-project.ece

If you've gone up to Texoma lately, you also noticed that 289/Preston has been expanded all the way up to Celina High School.  I know it sounds crazy, but...Gunter could see some growth.  It's as otherworldy as telling someone in the 1980s that Frisco would someday have 150,000 people!

Eeck! As if the DNT and 380 intersection were'nt busy enough, I'd hope they plan to extend the Tollway at least a little further north soon.

Collin Community College has 50,000 plus students in all programs.  They have some kind of arrangement with Texas Tech to get a degree and stay in the metroplex.  That is a huge population of students and UNT should tap into it as soon as possible.

I'm concerned that we are siphoning potential future fans from the Mean Green nation. I don't want to have to recruit against our own creations. Mean Green athletics should be promoted at each of these offshoot campuses, not Jaguars and whatever bs mascot they eventually pick for Frisco.
