This game is coming at a bad time. I fear it may cause irreparable damage to the confidence of the team. Not to mention the fanbase. It sets up a perfect storm of despondency for homecoming. To lose is one thing, but to get beat at home by a FCS opponent in front of less than 10K fans is a catastrophe.  At least we have the Dallas Cowboys, oh wait.....

Assuming that the score ends up a blowout as predicted, the only positive about this game is that those who haven't been screaming about our QB situation will likely wake up and scream. Not that Mr. McStubborn will listen of course.

Not to be a smart a**, but...

There's gravity on the moon.

You're correct sir but to a much lesser extent. How about Space?

there is gravity but a very small amount.

OR

The earth is round? Although it appears round it's not round.

So the moral of this story is that Vito's writing might sound stupid on the surface, there is actually much deeper and intellectual scientific thought that's being put into it. Vito= Einstein

There is gravity everywhere.  The reason that it appears as though there is no gravity on the international space station is that it is in a state of constant free fall toward earth.  Thing is, the designer of the thing obviously read up on his Douglass Adams in that the space station is perpetually throwing itself at the ground...and missing.

Brett do you get paid for that?

Yes he does.

Thanks Captain Obvious

If I were Brett I would say.......you're welcome. Now you know for sure that at least one professional pretty much agrees with most of the UNT faithful and/or long suffering alums about this weeks game.

No shit Vito.

What? Did you want him to make another uncharacteristic prediction like he did last week, and say that "we'll take it to them, just watch and see". Actually last weeks uncharacteristic prediction that we would win was not a bad prediction. If he knew ahead of time that we would turn over the ball three times, and if he knew that we would have NO takeaways in the game, then his prediction would have been different.

Jeez people

Not to be a smart a**, but...

There's gravity on the moon.

And regarding old is not new.......except for fashion.

Remember when all you mofos said this game was winnable and I laughed at you and told you that you were crazy?

Those were good times.

Don't brag about stealing candy from a baby--its kinda like CougarQueen coming on here and scoreboarding North Texas-- that curb you just leaped over is still about 3" of the ground...

Brett Makes a prediction every week. What do you expect him to say with this one?  Quit being rude.

I don't think Brett needs a protector. He went after Dodge hard and has been soft on Benford, RV, and now Mac. He's earned some of the vitriol, though I agree this week's Brett hate is a bit over the top. The hate is probably just a(nother) reflection of fan dissatisfaction. That will probably get worse until it turns to (more) apathy since I don't think either of the big two programs will begin winning at an acceptable rate any time soon.
