Culture, Culture, Culture.

We have an AD that has been here 15 years now and has consistently put a miserable product on the field court.

And he is still here. 

No matter who that AD is, what that tells everyone associated with UNT is that winning just isn't important to UNT as an institution. 

And that, my friend, is the reason we don't win.

Regent Chairman: This is not a football vocational school. It's an institute for higher learning.

No truer statement was ever said about a college football team's role in the reputation of a University.

Till the University realizes that a winning program is the greatest representative for the school then we will be having these discussions next year, and the year after....

I still believe with all my heart that the I-aa decision to stay down at that level, while coupled with the SWC being at the top of its game during that time, just killed off too many donors, fans, season ticket holders, etc...and the Texas High School coaches and parents of the recruits have only known UNT as being small time and a loser, bring a bought opponent for the teams that they have grown up and followed.
