Parking Pass

So... i realized i never received my parking passes. Sent an e-mail to the ticket office last week and called today... they told me that they can't send me the tickets via USPS because it might mean I wouldn't get them for Saturday, then offered to send via fed ex... if I wanted to pay $10. so the girl told me to just get to the will call office on gameday to pick up my pass... how that will happen? i'm not sure... she said I should probably be able to drive close and get out for my tickets... probably...

It's simple:

Park at Eastside, catch the shuttle, walk to ticket office, shuttle back to Eastside (no drinking-no matter how much you want to), drive to the stadium, park, tailgate, go back to stadium and watch football.

At least you've made contact with someone in the office. I called several times over the last week and sent an email today, but I still haven't had anyone get back to me. I have 0 faith that anyone associated with our athletic department can get anything done.

After several e-mail attempts to the generic ticket office e-mail, I called Laura early last week and I finally got my tickets today.

If you live close by, would they let you pick them up in person before game day?

This whole parking pass situation was bungled.

If you don't live close by let me know and if you want and they will allow it I'll go by the ticket office and get them on Friday. We can arrange a time Saturday to get you the passes before you need them.
