Kudos to our defense tonight. They played their hearts out tonight and did a great job. I don't blame them for getting run down in the 4th quarter considering our QB can't put together a decent drive to save his life.

This will sound crazy, but I actually think we have a bowl eligible team if we put Demarcus in. It may not be pretty but we just need someone who is put together a few good drives every game.

No question!  The panic you see is because we're all pretty certain that Demarcus will never see the field.

Quit making excuses for piss poor coaching, When will you people either get a clue or start expecting more than piss poor performances. Mac should have never been hired, he has an overall losing record and that has continued on here at NT.

What I saw today was a first week team that hadn't worked out the bugs yet. Not really worried yet based on that. Next week will be the real test of what kind of team this is.

No, what you saw tonight was a quarterback who had reached his ceiling before he stepped foot on campus, a head coach who can no longer lean on the recruits that D1 football's worst ever coach brought in, and a fan base that was told YET AGAIN to stop putting faith in a program run by an RV hire

The only bugs to work out are two men who don't suit up and make too much money for North Texas to cut bait.

I think I dived off the Mac band wagon after tonight. I know he's going leave McNulty in for many more games too.

His stubbornness costed us the 2014 and now what it looks like, the 2015 season. Smith won't play based on a coaching ego, and that's what it is.

What is probably one of the biggest gut puncher, is the fact that we had our fan base take over SMU's stadium and flew a banner in the sky, yet Mac had the whole off season to solve a QB issue and failed at doing his job. We could have an SEC QB transfer to UNT and McNulty would of still started.
