I know that I'm in the minority, but I really do think McNulty could have a Derek Thompson senior year type of season.

Nothing would make me happier than McNulty shutting all the haters up.  I really can't explain to my wife why I keep taking her to bad games.  I really, really mean I wish for nothing more than AM making the all conference team.

McNulty, what are the chances of that?

Is ReaddyIce a sponsor for the DRC?  That ice machine always seems to be in the background.

Why does Vito always ask such awful questions?  "Do you think the faster paced offense will help?"  What do you think he's going to say.  Vito (like many reporters) seem to ask questions in a way to get the answer they want (or article they have already basically written) rather than really trying to find out new information.  I really appreciate all the hard work that Vito does and the fact that he's the only media we have covering the school.  He just not a very good reporter which is probably why he's still at the DRC.

I'd be so happy if McNulty had a great senior year. He and the team could repair RV's awful scheduling of so few home games and deliver us one more home game on December 26, 2015 in Dallas versus a Big 12 opponent.

That should be the goal of this season. To hell with hit 6.

Come on. That's just ridiculous man. If winning was so easy then every program would be doing it. Hell, look at Texas with all the money they've invested and still can't field a winning program year in and out. The truth is the coaches, players, and staff are giving everything they have to turn this program around. It's time to support them.

Outside of a handful of times, when have we ever been just good enough?

When Thompson was going through his last spring practice, I rated McNulty as having about the same throwing ability,  and he was a half step quicker. So back then I favored McNulty. The coaching staff has for the first time in years provided our QB's with lots of talent to distribute the ball to. All McNulty has to do is be a dependable delivery system. Our play makers will do the rest.
