Marshall plays at home against Louisville, NC St, and Pitt by the 2020 season.

All one for ones.

We get an FCS team as our only home game.

Maybe RV needs to eat a snickers?

Im confused. I thought we beat Indiana in Apogee. Aint they in the BIG10 with Purdue?

Can you people read?

Yes, we did. And played K St. to an 8 point game and beat Baylor the time before that.

Too bad our AD won't give UNT players and fans the chance to experience that again for at least another 10 plus years between events...

We can have a thread talking about how to bake a cake and UNT90 will still complain about RV...

 

Perhaps you missed the fact that Marshall just beat a P5 at their home stadium? And that is what this thread was about?

The cheesecake is the club level is pretty darn good. The other food is meh.

In case you were wondering.

No I'm aware of RV's slacking. I'm frustrated about it too. I just have to make some fun out of it. 

Since we have to take what we got... We have to beat the P5 at their house. The more likely shot at that is Iowa. WKU did it a couple of days ago. That stills gets the people's attention.

I do enjoy the mac-n-cheese - lower tier P5 Id say.  But yes most other offerings are FCS level.

The food was good the first two seasons, it's taken a big step back since then.

this is a fact. I long for the prime rib that was served at the opener vs Houston. 

 

Since we have to take what we got... 

this is where you and I differ. 

I don't believe we have to "take what we got." I think there should be some consequences and changes.

Actually this thread was created to follow the Marshall/Purdue game and at the time, I don't think anyone was aware who would win.

      This is a big game for Elf

      We have lost 4 of the last 5 against this program, 5-7 overall. UTSA has been playing FBS football since 2012. Since 2013, we have been in a conference with them. Through last season, they are 72-65. They've won 2 conference titles and have gone 1-4 in bowl games, while also being ranked. They've had three coaches. In the same category above, we are 63-71. No conference championships and have gone 1-6 in bowl games. We have had 4 head coaches. If we lose to them tonight, Morris will basically tell us that he just isn't going to be able to lift this program higher than it was when he took it over. UTSA in 2024 is not good. They're 4-5, with wins over Kennesaw State, Houston Christian, FAU, and (somehow) Memphis. Not counting having to sacrifice themselves to UT-Daddy, they've lost 4 games against peer programs, Texas State, ECU, Rice, and Tulsa. Maybe I'm wrong, but we should beat these guys, even on the road at a place that has been a house of horrors for us, if we have the right coach leading us. This is one of those games that will tell us in our hearts if we have someone worth a damn as the head coach or if he's no different than everyone else we always hire here.

      T-shirt police here. Why can’t we either have our players tuck their undershirts in their pants, like basketball players, or cut the bottom of the undershirt off so that it doesn’t hang sloppily out. And here’s a thought…Why not wear a white t-shirt with a white uniform ?
