Is NT the only team with a bye this week?

UMass is the only other team in FBS that has a bye this week. Their AD must be as crappy as our AD.

So... We are one of two teams that didn't open the college football season with every other team in the country. If I told you 3 years ago that 2 teams wouldn't have a game on opening day 2015, how many of you would have given a better than even shot that we would be one of those teams (remember that we just had 4 home games scheduled until late 2014/early 2015). If you truly told the truth, I'd wager it would be more than half of you.

And that's an institutional problem.

Also, keep in mind that UMass has been playing FBS football for 4 years. UNT has been playing it for about 87 years and not caring about it for the same amount of time.

Both Toledo and LSU had games cancelled yesterday due to persistent lightening.
