It isn't McNulty's fault he doesn't have the arm strength but all the intangibles in the world aren't going to fix that either.

Connor Means looks the part.  Chumley looks unnatural in his mechanics.  I know its hard to tell much from such a short clip but they may need to go ahead and move him to TE.  Smith has a strong arm. Here's to hoping he's as athletic as his arm strength.

When Connor is on the run he hits his front foot and his front shoulder dips causing his balls to be short and in the dirt.

LOL@ the confusion of saying Chumley is #10. It's pretty obvious who DeMarcus Smith is. He's got the best throwing motion and zip of the bunch.

Chumley looks worlds better than he did in the Spring. Still needs some work too. 

Smith, Greer, and McNulty looked pretty relaxed.
