16 WR's?

I was looking at the "official roster" and had it sort by position. I counted 16 players listed as WR's. I know that at least one (Tre Johnson) lists himself as a return specialist, but that leaves 15 WR's competing for three positions? That makes us 5-deep at WR.

I would expect to see this on a TD team. But it's kind of strange for a team known to be primarily a running team.

A fair amount of walk-ons mixed in that number and I would guess that some of them will help on special teams.

Also, three of them are freshman so they more than likely will get RS. It might just be me but I am excited for the group of young WR's we have

We need to learn from TCU and open things way up. Not going to happen though. Even though it would work with our WRs and RBs.

I thought I heard Rutherford was lanky?! The guy has 2 inches and 17 pounds on Tee.

The variety of sizes across the position intrigues me. I've always thought smaller WRs have a place in college football, if put in the right position.
