Without opining on the issue at hand, if I believe all the articles I read about sums of money changing hands, the world money supply multiplier has gone exponentially off the charts since the 2008 recession.  I seem to recall that all the money in the world at that point was in the $13-14 trillion range.  Now we're into hundreds of trillions.

Science!

And everyone one knows you don't question scientists (except real scientists, that is).

since I'm not paying $60 to take a look at what this blog is using for it's numbers, I'm just going to go out on a limb here and say that $1.5 trillion includes the sales of every eco-friendly vehicle, solar panel, wind turbine and maybe even roll of recycled toilet paper.

there's probably about 2% quality journalism here.

now, I know that's enough to convince a handful of you...

I have a dear old friend who is a tenured professor of chemistry at a major university.  He tells me without reservation that global warming is real. But I should question his authority, yes?

Is that like in the same vein I should question your opinions and authority on the realities of working in law enforcement?

I mean, both of you could harbor incentive for bias.

Well if he is a Chemistry professor then, maybe? I mean that is  akin to going to your Dentist to ask about heart disease.  With that said, I appreciate every educated persons view on the subject.  The average chemistry professor will certainly dig down into the minutiae more so than the average fireman or commodities broker.

so you haven't read it, but you know it isn't quality journalism...

That's very scientific of you...

as Houston pointed out, a chemist's opinion on global warming is no different than your family doctor's, or your, or my opinion.

And who said I work in law enforcement? I think you have been misled.
