Skip Holtz think North Texas will be improved

North Texas is just two years removed from a 9-4 year that included a bowl win over UNLV.

Holtz compared North Texas’ 2014 season to Tech’s 2013 campaign, Holtz’s first as coach, when the Bulldogs followed up a 9-3 record with a subpar 4-8 effort.

“They kind of went through the year last year like we did two years ago with graduating everybody and having to replace so many newcomers,” Holtz said. “I’m sure they’re going to be much improved this year.”
