What C-USA West Team do you want to beat the most in 2015?

Since SMU isn't a C-USA team, I would have to go with UTSA... We can't lose to these guys a third time. The hole gets deeper every year for us when we lose.

UTSA for sure. Otheriwse, it cements them as being a better program than us already--that would be three wins in a row for them over us, with two being in Denton. At that point, you are basically only going to be fighting with Texas State for recruits.

Rice and La Tech are tied for second, followed by UTEP, then Southern Miss.

I don't think any of us want a real rivalry with UTSA, but it's sort of happening, clearly. I'm going with Rice, though, because it's embarrassing to be beaten by a school with so many fewer students, and one that "focuses on academics." And beaten by 20+ points each time, no less.

My exact thought. I don't think the importance of these first two games can be understated. Establishing a positive momentum early is critical for all involved - the team, the staff, and the fans.

I certainly want to get the UTSA monkey off our backs but I think that takes care of itself if there's bowl/CUSA contention in play by the time Halloween arrives.

I want to beat all of them. But I chose La Tech because I think they have the best known presence nationally than any team in the west. But I want to beat UTSA and Rice, and Southern Miss and UTEP. Oh, and Southern Meth.

Not going to lose even a "wish" on UTSA, the only team NT is rated higher than. Either Rice or La Tech are much better targets. I'll go with La Tech because it is an away game.
