We got to the main entrance about 10 minutes before the gates opened at 5:30. By the time my friend stopped to get a program, the line for hats had at least a couple hundred people. We got in line and got our hats quickly. By the time we got ours, that line stretched from section 30 near home almost to behind the outfield. The fans in line represented a good mix of all age groups. The drawing for the helmet was a great idea, and Taryn was passing out football schedules to those in line.

With the game not starting until 8:05, we had plenty of time to walk around and decide which of the expensive food choices would be our supper. We didn't even go sit down until about 7:00, and the Hall of Fame ceremony started at 7:20.

Hurts to give up three runs in the ninth, including a two-run homer with two out, but it was a fun night to see all that green.

NT night was probably the last one, as I believe TTU had its night already and I know TCU had its night.

My guess is OSU had the highest sales, as the Ranger rep mentioned they were out of hats about 30 minutes after the gates opened and encouraged us to get there early.
