I think neutral sites are always better, just to avoid the hometeam winning the tournament because its played on their home court. For small conferences, that's fine to have the regualr season champ host that tournament, but a mid-major league should have a neutral site.  New Orleans would be perfect for this tournament, in my opinion...

I really have no problem with this since we typically don't play long in this tourney anyhow.  Seems to be a reasonable choice given the geography.  Just wish we could participate in it beyond one and out.

You could always find a new tailor.

The Sunbelt already has New Orleans locked up, and unlike Vegas there aren't numerous venues that can have multiple conference tournaments..
