It appears that you can have one @ mention per thread. What is neat is when you are mentioned in a thread it will show up in your notifications box at the top (the bell at the top right of the page) and so when you visit the board, you will be able to see where you were mentioned or a question was asked of you etc.

Yeah... I have notifications that I've been quoted, replied to, and that someone liked my post. Brave new world!

@Harry Not to brag or anything, but I think I read too fast for the board now. When I go 'back' or to 'New Content', I must not do so before a certain amount of time or it throws an error that I have to wait before I can search again. Is there a way to remove that, or make that timeframe shorter, as it was before?

Right now, there is an intensive load of all of the prior board information from the database to this new format. So it is going to load slower until that process ends which could take several days etc. So it will be a tad slower than before until we get to the end of the load.

I'd like to see all the options in the notification settings page available on to toggle on our end. Not sure why you would lock some of them up, but whatever. If you don't mind taking requests, I'd specifically like to be able to toggle off the reputation notifications.

Hey Harry, it doesn't seem to be a loading issue. It seems to be a read lock timer on the DB or something, and I don't know if that's something you've set up, or something that is just defaulted for you with this new SW. Once the timer runs out, it loads quickly. It used to only happen when you tried to reply (re: write to the DB) more than once in a minute's time (this would make sense as a bot could come in and kill the board selling cheap jerseys & whatnot).

You can probably replicate the issue by loading your new content, selecting a thread, and then trying to go 'back' in your browser or requery your new content quickly (within 10 seconds)... at least, that's how I can replicate it with consistency.
