the SOW placement is somehow better and worse at the same time... I think that helmet would look good with a completely redesigned uniform that is a lot brighter (whites and greys) than what we have now.

Put the sow in the right place and remove the green stripe then turn this helmet into the away helmet paired with white jersey and pants. Then I'd dig. As a primary helmet for our current home unis, nah.

That helmet with an all gray, or white top and gray pants, jersey would be a hit.

. This, plus swap the silver for black so that we are actually using university supported colors. Also, I agree with the others that voiced that SOW needs to be repositioned.

I like the idea of switching the gray for black. I am not a fan of the gray uniforms that some teams have worn recently, and could see this design leading to that.

Speaking of helmets, if this generation of players get excited and are motivated by special uniforms, maybe it's time to bring helmet stickers into play?

I would love to have a one-off helmet with merit-based stickers. Track achievement through the year and identify a game toward the end of the year that will incorporate them.

Just a thought.

Doesn't just have to be on the field accomplishments. It can be off the field community service, in the classroom, at practice and obviously big time plays in games.
