He was the "Defensive" Player of the Year. Had reviewed his profile and a few others from Verbal Commit's Transfer List. Most Bigs (with immediate eligibility) have already signed/committed. Not sure if Rawane Ndiaye (6-11/260 Tennessee) will play again due to a severe knee injury but he played his senior year at Woodrow Wilson (Dallas)

Remaining available Bigs (Immediate Eligibilty) left:

Lekan Ajayi, 6-10/245 Eastern Michigan

Keith Armstrong, 6-7/240 East Carolina

Max Bielfeldt, 6-7/245 Michigan

Ben Dickerson, 6-9/223 UNC Greensboro

Tomasz Gielo, 6-9/220 Liberty

Anton Grady, 6-8/215 Cleveland St

Tyler Harris, 6-9/223 Providence

Jernard Jarreau, 6-10/220 Washington

J.P. Kambola, 6-9/240 Marshall

Scott King, 6-10/230 Stony Brook

Uros Ljeskovic, 6-9/240 Coastal Carolina

Rawane Ndiaye 6-11/260 Tennessee

Chris Olivier, 6-8/245 Eastern Illinois

Will Simonton, 6-10/217 UIC

Evan Sims, 6-8/235 Louisiana Monroe

Kenyatta Smith, 6-8/250 Harvard

Joseph Uchebo, 6-10/245 Pitt

Deji Adekunle, 6-11/235 Northwestern St

Is this guy a pipe dream for us? Man would love to see him wearing green. Would be a huge pickup, basically exactly what we need.

Not getting my hopes up, but this would definitely be a great "get" for the Mean Green. As Brett said...stay tuned.

This guy started his career at Auburn, so I assume recruited by former UTEP coach Tony Barbee. I just noticed Barbee was fired after 2014 and since been on staff at Kentucky, listed as a special assistant per Wiki (and interestingly not listed on Kentucky's official coach list).

I wonder what a former CUSA champion coach and SEC head coach is doing as an unlisted coach at Kentucky?
