Kid can play, coached against him last two years, has to get some meat on his bones but he should be able to contribute to some extent. That is a pretty nice get for a walk on

Good get for the Mean Green! Here's hoping he plays enough and well enough to earn a scholarship ASAP. Local kid is good news as well. Welcome aboard Trevor!

Emmitt I am not sure, I do know if he can bust his rear and put some serious weight on this summer he could be a nice addition with Brice. Nice to have a few 6'11 options...

And this guy is only 18 (I assume). He's still got some growing to do. Both up and out. Is this the first 7 footer (soon) since John Horrocks ?

7' Sean Riley, I thought was going to be a great player; transferred out after his sophomore year in 1994 to Illinois State. He averaged only about 10 pts and 5 rebounds his sophomore year, but he completely dominated some games; an A & M game comes to mind.

I was really surprised that he apparently didn't do much in Illinois.

      Women vs. South Florida (1/12/25)

      Get your rears to The Pit tomorrow! The ladies have a difficult opponent to face coming off their failed comeback in New Orleans the other night. South Florida is 11-6 but tied for a league-best 4-0 in AAC play. They were picked to win the conference last year but we beat them in our one meeting in Tampa.       24/25 MBB Attendance Tracker

      How do we know that is happening with an Admin person or staff? No wins and losses to judge by. As fans we have limited knowledge of goals and accomplishments for the AD as a whole... as far as meeting Master Plan timelines, marketing, donations, season ticket sales, business renewals and additions, etc. We judge by fan engagement and communication or mess ups in ticketing, events, etc.

      First Responder Bowl TV Numbers

      I know we're all sick of moral victories, but this is probably the best news UNT Athletics has had when it's come to TV ratings before, and the team represented us well. Plus, Mestemaker's performance has overshadowed TXST's win.

      ECU (1/14/25)

      Should be a win. But we haven't exactly been road warriors this season, and after our six spectator programs combined for just one loss against ECU last school year, ECU is off to a 4-0 start against us in 2024-25. Plus considering last year's sweep, and what happened at the end of the game in Greenville last year, all the makings of a perfect trap game.

      24/25 MBB Attendance Tracker

      Yeah I would love to see more UNT grads in the athletic department but there aren't enough students that take pride in their Mean Green sports, and many who don't even care about the name of the school on their degree. As long as they are working their tails off and making progress, I am fine with being a stepping stone for a little bit. As long as there are plans in place and efforts being made to sustain and build off their progress once someone leaves.
