I hope he proves me wrong but I just can't get behind a DC that has moved jobs every 3-4 months (an exaggeration). He has never held a DC job for more than 2 years in a row and seemingly accepts a demotion and assignment to another school after said stints. With 7 previous attempts to be a DC it just DOES NOT look good on your resume to not have had success. Either this guy is very well connected or gives one helluva interview.
