The 10 year contract he got was about as boneheaded as it gets. That alone is enough for Holder to be on the hot seat. Ford would have been gone a year or 2 ago if it wasn't for that contract.

I'll be surprised if they buy him out for that much. May settle on soemthing or keep him until the buyout drops, but that contract is as bad as a P5 school can give out.

And yet the person that makes bad hire after bad hire apparently has a lifetime contract at UNT.

All this tells me is that I picked the wrong vocation. I should have been a coach, have about a .500 winning percentage, get canned, collect a couple million in my contract buyout and retire living the good life. Amazing that these people get rewarded for being mediocre.
