Bizarre QB stories seem to be our motto.

True. But mostly what I was referencing is the seemingly erratic, inconsistent decision making by a public school' district's District Executive Committee and the Senior Executive Committee in Austin for the UIL when deciding which transfer gets approval to play varsity and which ones do not? I mean, there is such a vast range in their decision making that I don't understand why the UIL even wastes the effort to even have transfer rules at all?
