Really, we're going to nitpick what Coach Mac does with his twitter account as if it has some bearing on how the football team is going to perform?

ten to one says Hayden Fry never tweeted something like this.

remember when he was our coach?

So, does this mean no more attempts to simply pull up to the kitchen table with #Hit6?

Rick

It depends on if #hit6 is the season long goal or the first of several partial goals. Nothing wrong with #Hit6 as you have to get six wins before you can get 7, 8 or 9. First you qualify for a bowl, then you work to get to a better bowl.

I like slogans. I was in Fort Worth last year and noticed the amp it up campaign and it was on their marketing, posters and season driving campaign. I don't like aim for the sky as much but certainly we have some creative folks in Denton. Give is a meaty slogan to grab onto for 2015!

Ah, that was when Denton was best Denton. Everything was perfect in every way and everything everybody ever did was the right way of doing it.

Mac's twitter has been spewing out how it's ran by some PR firm lately, so take it with a grain of salt.

It did? When? Mostly I've seen retweets since football season ended but I must have missed that it's now run by a PR firm.

It's probably for the kids that follow him on Twitter, fellas.

Jeebus. Could really use a helmet thread right about now. :shuriken:

I was legitimately amused. Please don't loop me in with men in their 40s mad that Mac auto-RT'd an inspirational sports quote.

I'm in my 30s, damn it.

Also, that Roundteam business model is great hustle for the truly internet averse.
