What would be the best timing for a program to fire a college coach in any of the revenue sports?

Would it be after the recruiting class is signed, before commitments, during season, with one year left on contract, 2 years and so on.

There has to be a timing angle to lessen harm to the program.

I'm double booked then. I'll probably have to bow out half way through but if we can front load the high level and hash out the details via email I can make it.

Thursday, March 12 in the afternoon looks pretty open for everyone if we're just hashing out details for the Outlook meeting notice.
