Not over, but rice came ready to play and we need to answer. I still do not get how we cannot hit threes but teams like rice drill them against us when when contested. We desperately need shooters.

Jeremy has been hustling all night long, how many offensive rebounds does he have already?

He hustles every night! Never seen a freshman suit up for UNT who hustles like him. Chris Davis is the only one I can think of. Combs has a different game though. I do not get how he puts the ball in the hoop how he does.

Rhoads has done a really good job after taking over a disaster at Rice. And he is in his second year... Strike that, FIRST YEAR.

Meanwhile, at UNT...

This will be a rant but YALL have to deal... Most of not all players coming out of high school have so much to work on in regards to their game. The ones that don't we don't have a chance of landing... Even a guy like TM rated as high as 12 in the nation (I believe) had HUGE holes in his game. This falls on MS, HS, and AAU coaches. We are doing these kids a disservice and putting them at a disadvantage by having them play so much, and never focusing on SKILL. I would love to see NT hoops follow the Spurs, and our tennis coach and find foreign players. Seems their skill level and basketball IQ far surpasses our kids in the US. Just my observation.

What does this have to do with anything? Wouldn't everybody we're competing with have these issues?

Funny because the announcers just said he is strong with both hands and it's nice that he can go with the left hand when needed.

TV announcers thrive off of superlatives.
