Seems like we have left our 3-2 zone/ diamond in the locker room.

It will be back in 2nd half. UTSA did a good job with ball movement while attacking the zone. We had some late rotations that led to open shots. Surprised Benford switched to man with a short bench.

There needs to be more aggression on D and less passing and more dribble penetration on O. The hustle/defensive aggression on the floor close to the end of half has to be the norm on D. Like someone else said we look competitive...vs utsa...which doesn't bode well vs the top half of the conference.

We only have one guy who can dribble penetrate. DeAndre Harris is the only guy who can get past his man. So we need more passing and quick ball movement to get that zone moving.

Time winding down on the Benford era.

Thank you UTSA. Not that there was really any danger, but I don't see Benford recovering from this one. The team seems pretty unmotivated and has bad body language. Our PG play is atrocious.

I hate how we pass the ball around the parameter all game. We might dribble drive maybe a dozen times a game. It's why UTSA has more made free throws then we do attempts.

Very bad for north Texas basketball. If we lose at rice then maybe a interim coach Evans can step up and finish off the season until we find someone else. To be honest though I donnot want to lose any players from the team or freshman we have recruited. Brice, combs, harris, Anefiok, and Reese would look great next year with any coach.

What a joke of an athletic department we have. Football, men's basketball, women's basketball.......it doesn't matter. My days of following this shit have sadly come to an end. Too old to care any longer. Thanks RV for the great leadership.

The laughable thought that a firefighter thinks he knows more than a person who has played the game on college and been an assistant coach in the ncca for over a decade. He may not be the best coach but saying he cannot coach is an absolute joke. Maybe we should hire NT90, Rick, tasty, and CBL to coach the team. We would clearly be a lot better....
