Maybe a little bit undersized at the moment, but really nice quickness in his videos. Lots of potential here with plenty of athleticism for a big man. Looks like a very nice pick up. Welcome to the Mean Green!

This kid has the speed and is ideal size for a defensive end as well. A size at DE that we have not had an abundance of recently.

Plus, we have an abundance of OL coming in when you include the 2 transfers in addition to the recruits.

Have we ever successfully converted an OL to a DL? Being a football layman it seems like there be opportunity for us to do just that, but others here claim it rarely works.

Richard Abbe is a player who was primarily an offensive lineman in high school, but did have a background as a defensive lineman. In the case of Elex Woodworth, no way he gets moved to d-line

Micah Thompson would have been a perfect candidate as he played two ways in high school, yet we have never tried him at DT, and he is buried on the depth chart at OL.

Abbe was recruited as a DT, and was listed on Rivals as a DT when he came out of high school.
