Tulsa: Sources tell us Baylor offensive coordinator Philip Montgomery is expected to be named head coach at Tulsa later today. Montgomery is a two-time winner of a FootballScoop Coach of the Year award (offensive coordinator in 2013 and quarterbacks coach in 2011). Update> FoxSports and ESPN are now reporting the same.
