UNT will play Portland State, a FCS school, next season, school officials confirmed Monday.

There is a signed contract in place.

PSU finished 3-9 and lost its last four games of the season.

We didn't count it this year (since we where not bowl eligible) so yes. You can't count them every year, but you can every other year.
