Dickey talked shit about a lot of things, but not his players. He made the players feel like they were in the foxhole with him. I may have thought that Dickey got out recruited or out coached at times, but I never felt his players quit on him.

Mac is playing with fire.

I felt that many players did quit on the Dickey. At least the one I lived with didn't respect him all that much. And there were a few that were all to willing to tell me their thoughts and frustrations with him. Though his biggest complaint was his lack of effort in recruiting. Dickey really didn't do much of that according to him. And from what I saw, I would agree.
