I was very impressed by how many people showed up for a 2-6 team. It got a lot colder than I thought it would too.

No excuses, however, a big portion of our crowd had kids with them, in that weather and temperatures getting colder than expected many kids looked unprepared (clothing wise) for that weather and parents took them home. That's my guess. Man that student section was rocking. I believe this ship will right itself, that many kids still believe? That feeds into our guys. Let's go!!!

Late arrival and didn't get in until about 4 minutes left in the 1st quarter. 2 observations that left me scratching my head: tons of people headed back across the pedestrian bridge towards campus (or Fouts lot, whatever) and a pretty decent line at the box office to get tickets. Also, quite a few still hanging around the Fouts lot itself. Weird.

I'm bringing two to the FIU game. Turns out the weekend before Thanksgiving is a good time because a lot of out of town family members are coming in, to which you can say, "Hey, wanna come watch a game?" In my particular case, the husbands are coming to the game and the wives are staying back and doing whatever it is that wives do when the husbands are away.

This game is a possible win with a comfortable start time at a time of year when people are ready to relax a bit. Take advantage and invite them out.

From the pictures I saw posted both sides of the stadium looked pretty full considering where UNT is at right now this season.

Good to see the black uniforms come back - and this time the team did them justice.

Only if people would come in. There had to have been 40k+ at the tailgate, game, surrounding areas. There were droves of people walking actions the pedestrian bridge starting at about a quarter til 5. I forgot my tickets in my car on campus that I had to jog back to and grab at about 5:30. There were also groups sitting in folding chairs scattered around campus as well. It was still nice to see the amount of people having a good time.
