All that DW needs to be who we need him to be

I've said before, and still maintain that stubbornness and refusal to adapt are not exclusive to this coaching staff. The my way or the highway, I'm never wrong and I'm totally infallible stay the course mentality seems to be something that all coaches have in common. Now, maybe I haven't coach a bajillion years of high school peewee football like some other people who post on here, and maybe that's just how personnel management do in sports -- rigid, unwavering, non-adaptation rules the day. Seems like the next generation of successful coaches will be those that understand innovation can actually be a good thing.

So Mac doesn't have a high school plan, or a college plan, he has a football plan?

Not sure what your point is here. You would like for all of our QBs except Means to transfer so we have one scholarship QB on the roster? That sounds like a plan for success.

Means, Wells, and Cousins would remain. Combined, they can't possibly turn the ball over more than Greer, Williams, and McNulty, scholarshiped or not.

Well, it is official.

Even if the Fonz hadn't cleared the shark tank, he would likely have just skied right over the rope and out of harm's way. Worst case, his ski would've caught on the rope, propelling him forward out of said ski, but also out of shark's reach, the biggest damage being a soaked leather jacket, which he totally deserved because really, who skis in a leather jacket?
