6'5" 290 lb offensive tackle from Glendale Community College in Arizona. We are his second offer, along with Old Dominion. We are set to lose both starting offensive tackles, so a JUCO offensive tackle is a distinct possibility. Brooksby is an older kid, and graduated high school back in 2010. He's Mormon, so it's very likely he went on a mission and has since played a season and a half at Glendale.

I don't know how to embed from mobile, but in this episode of BTG, Tommy Perry was at TVCC specifically talking about recruiting JUCO offensive tackles. Pretty interesting. Also sounded like they were talking about Jarvis Baxter, when the TVCC coach said "oh yeah, he's big time," and "oh yeah, he's gonna be a mid-year December guy."

Interesting that we have recriuted the OL so heavily the last few years. To not having these young men develop and to have to go the JUCO route has to drive Mac crazy.

Commits to Utah St

Seemed pretty much like a done deal once they offered. Well, we still need a JUCO tackle and we've pretty much whiffed on the ones we've offered. James Works is about the only one left I know of. Hopefully we can get him.
