Sat, Nov 8 vs Florida Atl -- Win
Sat, Nov 15 @ UTEP -- Loss
Sat, Nov 22 vs FIU -- Loss

At best I see 2-4 over the last 6 games if we play like yesterday or against LaTech. Not sure if the coaches and do anything different at this point with the QB

4-2. That is my homer pick. We are probably sitting at 3-3 the 2nd half of the season, but who knows. We might go 0-6. How does 2-10 sound gents? Quick return trip back to bottom 10 in the country. Yay Coach Mac!! But glad we are at least faster and bigger now that he has been recruiting here.

I say 3-3... we all just need to step back and realize that, yes, this is a rebuilding year... as much as no one wants to acknowledge the fact that it is possible that UNT needs time to restock the depth chart after it's first 9 win year in over ten years...

we need to be focusing on developing young talent right now and figuring out what our strengths are...

really happy that Mac is keeping redshirts on kids and not panicking...

with this defense giving up 35 pts a game, subtract out the offense giving pts away, not sure how this team wins another game if they face a half-way competent passing QB

1-5 is likely. 3-3 is possible.

Still not enthusiastic about being in a rebuilding year when it's our coach's fourth year on the job. Usually that's the big payoff.

Well, i believe that trends are a good predictor of the future. Rarely do you see teams take a 180. So, I will say we will win 4-5 games this year. I predicted 7 wins in the beginning of the year. <_<

I don't see any short-term promise at all. Given Mac's propensity for seniors, I kinda wonder if he's a once every four years kind of guy. That concerns me.

At least he's starting to own up to it. I haven't heard of his national championship in at least 48 hours, and I haven't heard a single damn word about grading out or parenthood.

As for turning UNT into a long-term viable FBS program that actually puts the slightest tinge of fear into its fellow G5 opponents goes, I've got no answers. I wonder if it's possible.

I still like cheesecake and beer. Drowning my sorrows in refined carbs and alcohol makes the pain just a little less.

If we return to the hard nosed running game, decent special teams and work safe dump offs to backs and TE's in for DW's comfort...4-2.

If we continue to abandon the game plan that hid QB deficiencies last season...1-5 at best.
