    UTSA's hiring of a Head Coach bring up a interesting question - Does your HC need to be an X's and O's person or do you hire a (reportedly) Great recruiter and delegate the X's and O's? Don't get me wrong I am as happy as I can be with Seth and would not want to change his hiring and believe he will build a very good program. Just wondering what people thought?
