    Ok, Rick's gone. Cool. Put yourself in the shoes of the new AD. What's the first order of business for you? For me, I'm calling every alum who stopped donating within the past 5 years, finding out why, and either giving them a ticket, or offering some kind of incentive to come back into the UNT fold. I'm also restocking the athletic department with Diet Coke.
