Layne Taylor asserted himself as one of the best passers in the high school game this summer. After visiting Central Arkansas last month, the 5-foot-9 floor general by way of Farmington (Ark.) Taylor has scheduled his second official visit of the summer with Chattanooga and will arrive on campus this evening. In addition to the Mocs, Taylor has also scheduled official visits Montana State and North Texas. North Texas: "Phil Forte played at Oklahoma State and was a smaller guard like me. I think he would be awesome to play for because he plays a little bit like myself and has been through the same things I will go through in college.
