ULM is supposed to offer , North Texas is extremely interested as well as Colorado, Rice, and others. Vanderbilt is extremely interested and I was told by LB coach probable offer as well as Texas Tech. Lots of schools coming to spring ball to get eyes on him. He is a Junior linebacker. He is 6’1 and 220. Will be 230 for his senior Year. Oklahoma camp got him at 4.58 last summer. Probably a mid 4.5 by the end of summer. He won state championship in the 110 hurdles last year as Sophomore and broke school record. Weight room fanatic. Power cleans 345, squatting close to 500. He was all district, all state, and all area (denton County) was 1 vote away from being our district defensive MVP as a JR. Production was highest at 273 in 12 games. Including 115 tackles, 18 TFL, 2 sacks, 6 pressures, 3 fumble recoveries, 16 3rd down stops, 5 4th down stops, 3 INT, 3 PBU, 1 defensive score, blocked punt and field goal. I don't know what your needs are for a LB in the '16 class, but he is definitely worth the look. His football IQ is higher than anyone I've seen. Our LB coach has been coaching for 35 years in Texas and says hes the best hes coached. (hes been around including Odessa Permian)
