I heard on the radio this morning that the college bowl committee is trying to figure out what to do if there aren't enough teams to fill the 80 slots available. Here's a related article: http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/college/ct-college-football-bowl-games-20151123-story.html I've noticed people complaining in the past about the number of bowl games, but I never really considered how silly it is. With 40 bowls, that means 80 teams go to the post season. We have, what, 128 FBS teams right now? So that means that teams in the bottom half of college football go to bowl games. Literally below average. Shoot, I wish the workplace was like that. "Hey, I know you're performing just below expectations, but here's a little bonus anyway because the CEO feels compelled to get as many people a bonus as possible." Anyway, just a thought to change up the topic a little bit.
