By virtue of the OT win after being 10 points down...and tying it up on a big time three by Candice Adams at the end of regulation...the Mean Green Women have MADE the tournament and have now tied their win total from last season. This team has earned some support folks. They are fun to watch. They never ever give up and Jalie and Company are doing a great job with this team. They are peaki8ng at just the right time for the tournament. I am guessing that no team will really want to play UNT early in the CUSA Tournament in Birmingham this year. So, and piggy backing on what I mentioned in an earlier post, why not come to one or both of this team's last two games in the Super Pit before the tourney. Some extra support would really be great and I know the ladies would really appreciate the extra home cooking....Final schedule is: THURSDAY-March 2nd-7PM SATURDAY-=March 4th-3PM. Remember folks, for those who are boycotting the men's games, this is NOT the men's team. Think about stopping by and giving these hard working students-athletes some extra support on their way to Birmingham!
