The fallout from UNT’s breakout football season continued today when the USA Today Coaches Poll came out. UNT received two votes in the poll. It’s been a long time since UNT received votes. I’m not exactly sure what year it was, but the Mean Green received a vote in either the preseason or postseason poll back in the bowl run of the early- to mid-2000s. In an interesting twist, Louisiana-Lafayette also received a vote.
