  1. Police at UNT need help identifying a man who sneaked into a residence hall, followed a female resident from her room and shoved her. In a crime bulletin issued Monday, police said the suspect identified himself as a maintenance worker to get into the residence hall on Avenue D about 4 p.m. Thursday. After the man knocked on several doors, the victim opened her room and he entered without her permission, claiming to be selling magazine subscriptions, police said. She asked him to leave, but he refused, so she left the room. He followed her to Willis Library on Highland Street and pushed her before leaving. The suspect is described as a white male, around 18 to 19 years old and 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-8. He has brown hair and acne scars on his face, as well as a rainbow earring in his left ear. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and a gray baseball cap. Anyone with information should contact Detective Shawn Keohen with the UNT police at 940-369-7923 or shawn.keohen@unt.edu. The man could face charges of criminal trespassing and assault by contact, as well as a violation of the campus no-solicitation policy within residence halls. read more: http://crimeblog.dallasnews.com/2015/03/unt-police-seek-dorm-trespasser-accused-of-assaulting-female-resident.html/
