I know....This is the football thread. I was late heading to the NT/Texas softball game yesterday. We got to "the 'Lace" midway through the first inning. The score was 6-0 before NT got to the plate. Anyway, this was the first time in my history of going to North Texas sporting events that I was told the game was a sellout and I was turned away. I was relegated to the right field parking lot to stand and look over the fence with a lot more orange clad fans than green. But it was fun being turned away in a bizarre way. Too many fans. Many Longhorns but too many fans. Just wait until August 30. Beat Texas GO MEAN GREEN
