UNT opened fall practice today. The workout was closed, as are all fall drills, but Dan McCarney and a few players talked after practice. McCarney called UNT’s performance quite possibly the best for the first day of fall drills during his tenure with the Mean Green. The honors continue to come in for UNT’s offensive line that was a key component of the Mean Green’s run to a a 9-4 finish and a win over UNLV in the Heart of Dallas Bowl last season.
