Helmet stickers from the Owls’ 45-7 win Saturday against UTEP:
• In his best game since being named Most Valuable Player of the Armed Forces Bowl last December, wide receiver Jordan Taylor had four receptions for a career-high 185 yards and three touchdowns. The receiving yardage was the third-most in school history behind James Casey (208) in 2008 and David Houser (196) in 1976.
• Running back Charles Ross did most of his damage in the first half, finishing with a game-high 152 yards and one touchdown. He became the eighth player in school history to surpass 2,000 rushing yards. In two games since returning from a knee injury, Ross has rushed for 319 yards and two touchdowns.
